This analysis gives rise to the goal. Not a number imposed from above. A goal we can look in the eye. And from this goal come the results. The numbers that prove we’ve truly achieved it.

Key results are what keep you from lying to yourself. They don't describe what you hope for. They state, in black and white, whether you succeeded or not. No ambiguity. No excuses. Just the proof.

Set up Priorities
When analyzing the results, we choose one priority. Just one. And we say no to everything else. That’s what an operational priority is. Not a list. A choice.
